Bootcamp files can't be moved

I have a new 2011 macbook pro 15" that I got over the summer. My brother put vmware on it but I wanted to run bootcamp. I put the vmware in the trash and emptied it, along with all of the files I could find that had to do with it. Still I receive a message saying "some files cant be moved, use disk utility blah blah blah". I just want to figure out how the heck you get this to go away. Did i remove vmware the wrong way or is there something I am missing?
