Hi,
After update to iOS 5, I noticed that PDFs in Safari does not "Open in iBooks" or "Open with" any other apps. The option is available, however, nothing happens when I click on it. Has anyone else experienced such an issue?

It happens on few pdf files, while others open fine.
I have exactly the same issue.
Here is something even more bizarre.
If I go in Safari to
arxiv.org/abs/1012.4362
and click on the link to the pdf it displays it in Safari fine, but wont open it in GoodReader (it will upload it to dropbox but then isnt viewable in there).
However, if I go to the same link in Opera, click on the pdf then, as usual, it opens the pdf in Safari. But now the pdf *can* be uploaded to GoodReader from Safari!
That's right, this happens to few PDF files. Not sure what caused this issue. However one thing for sure is that, it started after I updated to iOS 5.
Same here. I can't open PDF's in GoodReader anymore...?
It's a bug. Go to Apple's feedback site and report it!
