Pref Pane Error - Service Not Enabled

As I await my answer from Chronos support, thought I might ask here. Just upgraded their iClipboard program to the new v4. But when I try to turn it ON in the Pref Pane, I get a, "Service not available. The service application either could not be found or an error occurred during launch. Locate and double-click the service application to see if there's a problem."

Any idea what I may be doing wrong?
