Is iCloud down again?

I have check the status, and it shows iCloud up. But none of my IOS or OSX devices, multiple machines and accounts, can access iCloud -- I can get web access, yet that had a reported issue when I first tried accessing webmail.
iCloud IS down. Has been for a while. Try again later.
Yes its down..has been all day for many users all over the planet.
I am without @me.com email for 1 1/2 days now. OK, this is a free service, but still. No information (we all specified alternate email addresses when signing up!), no public information when you search goodle.
How does Apple do this. Service down for almost 2 days and no big public outrage?
Guess everybody is busy listenting to the keynote and news about iPhone5.
This is really sad.
I will switch back to Microsoft when the Surface is out. Luckly I always kept my hotmail.com now outlook.com email.
Check it our, really cool now and never had any outage issues since I first used it in 1997.

iCloud is down more offten than not. My 3rd gen AppleTV can't access my movies or music.
