Find My Friends App Problems

Hi guys. Tonight I tried signing into my Find My Friends App on my iPhone 4s and I am having problems signing in. I have used this app with success many times, even eralier this evening but for some reason now I am getting a message saying "Device not supported. Your Apple ID is valid, but this iPhone is not qualified for free iCloud service" What?

Like I said, I have used it plenty before with no problems. My Apple ID account has already been verified along with my email address. Find My Friends doesn't even use iCloud. When I click "Learn More" (The one option it gives me) it takes me to a pgae about Mobile Me?

Has anyone else had these problems?
