Problem with incoming calls

When receiving an incoming call, it doesn't show the name of the person saved in my phone. It instead just shows their number. I have had my iphone 4 for about 3 weeks now and even the new contacts don't show up as a name. Has this happend to anyone else? Any ideas on how to fix it?

P.S. I am on the sprint network if that means anything.
