I need a workflow for a PAL DVD from Sony HXR-NX5U footage.

Please let me know what process you guys and/or gals have with complete success.

Workflows can be tricky. This camera is switchable between PAL and NTSC. Is your footage NTSC or PAL. NTSC to PAL conversion can be tricky, so you want to look into a good conversion solution. If you are going PAL to PAL, that should be pretty easy. Do you have Final Cut Pro 7? It support HDV capture.
