My new download harry potter movie won't play

Same problem here. After completely downloading the movie, it froze 5 min. into the movie. Could not get it to play as the play arrow and chapter selection buttons embedded into the on-screen menu options were inactive. Tried to re-download but had same results 15 min. into the movie (also got charged twice). I'm still puzzled by the problem but have reported both to Apple, requesting refunds for both.

Reported this last night to iTunes, and still no response. Really frustrating when you want to watch your movie. No matter how you go about it, the movie won't play.

Same here. Tried to download and play it on apple tv and it said not authorized to play this content.
