iPhone 4S with IOS 5.0.1 battery issue, possible battery solution

Guys/Gals,

I think I might possible have the solutions to the battery issue..

From my first post of this thread I was having similar issue with battery like majority of the people where it drops like crazy after the update.

Anyway I wasn't content with attempting a restore as a few people have mentioned so I tried letting it drain completely until it shut off (Side note: When I had about 40% percent battery left I did do a hard reset which was the first hard reset after the update, although it didn't slow the battery dropping, I suppose it might help).. then proceed to charge it up until full..

The problem fixed itself.. as I said in that post on page 20, 8hours and 30mins later on standby it is at 97% from full charge..

I started new thread in case people miss it buried in one specific thread.

If anyone have other solutions that they found was working, please share here.

If you phone work fine thereafter trying, might be well worth sharing the feedback also.
