what does error code -4028 mean

Keep getting error code -4028 every time i try to authrise my comp

Have reauthise evry time

trying to reload my apps

why does it not remember?

i have a iphone 2

Help please cos really starting to tick me off

& why don't they just do a list of what the codes mean? Simples!!
