Is Siri Still Down? It is down since last night!! Anybody else?

Siri hasnt worked for me all morning.

Siri is working fine for me (last night, this morning..)

Siri been working very good the last few days for me. Seems even better since the 5.0.1 update. The only outage I have experienced was a week ago thursday, but a phone restart fixed it. However, my brother in law called last night and said his had been down since yesterday morning. This makes me think that users are being scaled across multiple server farms and locations. I am preorderd and had my phone setup the first day of release. My brother in law has only had his about a week. Note, that Apple is still building the back end of this and scalling massive amount of users into the system everyday and likely why they were very specific about calling it "beta". I have worked technology business for years and Siri is very impressive but likely not trivial to scale especially with the variety and unknowns that occur in the network traffic.

I have not been able to use Siri since last night! I shut the phone down and synced but no luck! Siri says she is unable to take any requests!

some folks have had success by turning off Siri under settings, general, Siri, then restarting, then reset network settings under settings, general, reset and then turning back on Siri.

Join the Siri's not at her desk team! lol She hasn't been working for me, since last night, think she took a vacation!

Turning Siri off and then on again (Settings>General>Siri) started her back up for me. Didn't need to reset network.

Tried everything above and no luck. Siri has now been down for over 24 hours!

I update to 5.0.1 Friday morning .It worked all day yesterday, but not at all today. How can this happen without an official statement from apple? Did anyone open up a support case or call support?

Siri still out. I will call apple later. Now out almost 48 hours.

I called apple support and they said Siri is still Beta and they can not help fix it. Resetting network settings, restarting phone, turning Siri on and off all failed. No Siri since Friday pm. Apple claims it is not from iOS 5.0.1

I turned off Siri, restarted my phone, reset my network settings, then turned Siri back on. After all that Siri finally worked again!

Did that 5 times - did not ever help!

Apple claims it is not from iOS 5.0.1....Hmmm....I lost Siri immediately after updating to the new iOS. Coincidnece?
