How to order a photo book?

I've just created a photo book and wanted to order ist. After being logged in (appleID and password) I can't go on any further, because I can't insert the correct shipping address and telephone number. The dates are wrong: There's Australia instead of Austria, although my dates are correct on my apple account. I can't finish my order! Has anyone made similar experiences? What can I do to order the photo book?
