MIDI Timeout error after iPhone sync?!

Hi All,

MIDI timeout keeps quitting/stopping Logic from working, I've removed all the MIDI drivers, deleted the Logic plist, repaired permissions and still the problem persists. I have installed no new devices lately, except for trying to sync my iPhone 4s wirelessly with itunes (it got half way through and I quit it) and since this Logic is giving me the MIDI timeout error constantly? any ideas anyone? All help much appreciated..
