Anyone can help with Bluetooth not pair and connected , one minute disconnected fromJabra 620s headphone

Your question is confusing and incomplete. To pair a Jabra BT620s headset, start with the unit turned OFF, then press and hold the answer/end button (left ear button) until the light is solid blue (not blinking). Once in this mode any device that you're trying to pair with it should be able to find it and pair with it.
