When I try to import a cd to iTunes, it shows a "Audio CD" even if I am online. No more Gracenotes titles. All tracks come up as "Track 01", Track 02", etc. I now have to manually type in all track titles. Any clues? Thanks.

Have you checked the 'get track names when inserting a CD' preference is still checked? Is this a CD for which you can expect there to be Gracenote information?
Yes, Limnos, I've check-marked 'get track names when inserting a CD' in Preferences, and I'm loading common, popular cds. Interestingly, gracenotes worked fine on OS 10.4.11 until I upgraded my iMac to 10.6.7.
Gracenote no longer works on my iTunes when I try to import an audio cd.
