iphone 4 frozen trying to upgrade to ios 5.01

Try to upgrade iphone 4 to 5.01 and the screen froze before the upgrade was over. The phone doesn't respond at any key. The screen shows the logo and an empty progress bar. HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!
