Driver for Emagic EMI 2/6 or ESI A62

Hi all

I am desperately trying to find the driver/firmware download for my EMI 2/6m (latest should be version 2.1 I believe). I only have the V1.0 installer but can't find the download anymore that used to be on www.emagic.de/support. It's redirected to the Apple site now and the driver is not available on apple.com.

Does anyone still have the installer and can send it to me by email or is there a download anywhere where I can find it?

It looks like Apple is definitely trying to get rid of this interface in their support site. What is Apple's official policy regarding it? I almost have to reinstall the driver every time there is a system update. Thanks.

Well, I don't know about any policy, but Apple did ship drivers for both of these interfaces with Logic 7.2.

I've got the iMac 17 1.83 with Logic 7.2 on order, I own the A62m and the Tannoy Reveal 5A's are in the post! In other words, I'm set!

Hi Nathan

Regarding your claim that the drivers are supplied with Logic 7.2, where exactly are they?

I can install the driver referenced above by someone else, but I fear this will not be Intel native. Can anyone confirm if this will be the case?
