Bug? - Timeline jumping around on zoom

Anyone else seen this? ....

Working in the Timeline, I repeatedly zoom in. At some point, the view (and sometimes, but not always, the playhead) jumps back to the start of the Timeline. If I continue zooming in, after two steps the view jumps back to where I'm working. Though if the playhead has also jumped back to the start, then I have to get back to where I was by zooming back out and scrolling.

Very annoying!

I'm also finding that occasionally I'll click in the position bar of the Timeline, to move the playhead back before an edit, or click and hold on the playhead to drag it back, and it immediately jumps back to the start of the Timeline.
