iPhone 4S buzzing

I have a new iPhone 4s and have noticed that there is cellular buzzing noise in the earpiece on a call and a humming noise from the bottom of the phone speaker when listening to voicemails via visual voicemail - both distort the call.

Is anyone else eperiencing this ?

What's the problem ?
