i bought my macbook 3 months ago off the display. it's been working fine, but it keeps getting damaged very often. i have the blacktie plan , can i switch it in for a new one??

What do you mean by "it keeps getting damaged very often"? Perhaps there is something we may help you with. Also, macs have a 1 year limited warranty, which means if any problems on your mac are due to faulty manfacturing, Apple will fix it for you for free.
it's fauling apart basically it was on the display shelf for a year. so it has scrathces and it 's sound didn't work, charger broke right away, and i droped it once and charger holder broke. but i got that all fixed. And now it started to crack right on the side of the charging place. and this has all happened in three months.
