Okay, just saw another thread saying the smart cover doesn't fit the ipad 1. Any suggestions on a good Ipad cover for the first ipad?

I like the Apple cover for the iPad 1. It is an MC361ZM/A. Mine cost $39.99 a little over a year ago.

A different place to look can be shops like Tuesday Morning or TJ Maxx. With the release of ipad2, many of the supplies for ipad1 can be found in surplus shops. I had found one called a zippbook by Sena. It's a leather portfolio with all around zipper.
