Paid for iTunes Match. It appears to have finished Matching-Uploading songs and says they are available on iCloud and
I go to Settings on my iPhone 4 with 5.0 software and try to turn on iTunes Match on the phone and it say's I am not currently subscribed to
iTunes match which I am and refuses to work.
I have restarted the computer, iPhone, iTunes with no luck, I have retried and no luck.
I am using the correct id and password for sure.
Now What ??

I can not longer listen to podcasts or audiobooks this needs to be turned off and we need a way to get our systems back. Apple you made a HUGE mistake with this and you need to fix it FAST. For me the fix is let us go back to what we had.
You must be signed into the same iTunes store ID on your iDevice that you used to activate iTunes Match in iTunes. To check this go to Settings > Store and double-check the Apple ID at the bottom of the screen.
My itunes match says all my songs are available in the cloud now, yet none of my songs have the cloud logo next to them and none of them are available for me to listen to on my phone. How can I fix this?
In iTunes your songs won't have a cloud icon next to them since they are all still on the internal HDD. iTunes Match does not change the default location of your iTunes library from the internal HDD to the cloud.
To see the music available in the cloud on an iOS device go to Settings > Music and set to the option for iTunes Match to ON. You must be signed into the mobile iTunes store with the same iTunes store account ID you used to purchase the service in iTunes on your computer.
If you are looking at the songs in iTunes then the songs won't have the cloud icon next to them unless you have deleted them from the computer. The icon is basically a download button and only appears if the song isn't in the local iTunes library.
As for not being available on your phone, you will need to give some more details. Have you turned match on on your phone? Are you seeing anything in the music App? Is iyt appearing empty or are songs listed, but not playing?
This is an absolute joke it really is! Each one of us is paying £21.99 for this service as a customer and a consumer and it is not working! It's not efficient or effective, it has no artwork displayed, people can't just do it and it's simple down the line stuff. Why was this not fully tested prior to distribution? It seems that Apple aren't even bothered to solve it after releasing an iTunes update recently 10.6.3 and didn't even bother about itunes match... if i paid for something such as £21.99 in a shop and it didn't work i'd want my bloody money back!
I'm disgusted with iOS 6 in general, but the iTunes Match change is too much. I've been whoring myself to Apple for 10 years now and this is what I get? Match was awesome, and you guys ruined it. (Maps, Youtube, Match. Hit this update out of the park, didn't we?)

Yea, I don't get it, I have spent stupid amounts of money on Apple products, no longer, looks like I'll be getting the Samsung next month and all the little apple geniuses aren't so genius. No more for me, Steve dies and nothing get's done correctly, its sad.

Same here. Seems like a huge waste of money. I used to be at least listen to songs downloaded to my phone, now none are available. I agree. Fix or this is the biggest waste of $24.99.
