My 5th gen Nano skips halfway through videos?

I have a lot of videos that are about 10 minutes long on my iPod Nano 5th generation. About 6 minutes into the videos, it starts fast forwarding the video, but not the audio. When the video gets to the end, it stops while the audio keeps going normally. A quick google search hasn't revealed anything, so I'm just wondering if anyone has had this problem before, and what they did to fix it, if anything.
