Hello everyone,

 

I was registering to the Apple support communities the other day and in the process, which was strange since I do have an Apple ID (@me.com) since years now. I was asked for a password & when I entered it, it had asked me to change it. While I was doing that, I got a really urgent phone call & forgot this new password.

Now I have no access to the icloud services on my mbp & iphone. I don't even remember the answer to the security question and after trying possible passwords (it was literally like hacking into my own account...) my account was already locked down two times in the past 24 hours.

 

Is there a way to change the password? How & where can I contact Apple and ask them for help while proofing my identity?

 

Please help, I have valuable data there. :/
