I just updated my iTunes to 10.5.1, then I discover that it can not wifi sync with my iPhone 4 which is iOS 5.0.1... Does anyone has the same issue? Or know to to solve this?

Having the same issue. Iphone 4 at 5.0.1, Itunes at 10.5.1 iMac at 10.7.2. Synch session fails to start either wi fi or USB connected. Don't know if it is related, but since turning on Match the Music app crashes on the iPhone. No problems on iPad 1, though
So I am not the only one...
My iPhone 4 still can USB sync with MacBook Air, just the wifi sync can not work... Hope Apple will correct this bug soon~
