Imessage is not working

i can add NOBODY it sez that they are not singed in imessage 😕😟

PLEASE HELP ME😢

It seems like, Imessage is offline at the moment, I have also problems, but in my case, with sending messages through imessage, is sends all messages as txt (sms)

the problem is IOS 5.1 not working

Try this.

Settings>wifi>active connection(click the blue arrow)>DNS>replace with 8.8.8.8

I have to agree, every since upgrading to iOS 5.1 iMessage has stopped working. Looks like Apple broke something when the put the upgrade out. 😟 😠

Got the same problem with 5.1 on Iphone4...plus on sleep screen the camera won't open..like something id blocking the window to open from there....

What do we do from there????

Hey Apple I love most of what you do but iMessage is really frustrating. Maybe I should quit using it? From iOS5 to iOS5 one person gets delivered notices and it's been days and I still havent gotten the message. It's caused a lot of problems! Don't give yourself a bad reputation.

imessage only works for people with an i device that is ios 5 or latter, if your contacts have a earlier update or do not have an i device imessage will not work

My iMessage isn't working! It was working fine not too long ago. It won't send messages or receive them! Please pease help. I have iPod touch 4G

This solved my problem:

Open Finder, press Option key, select Go > Labrary, open Preferences and delete com.apple.imessage.bag.plist and com.apple.imservice.iMessage.plist
