Help !! Iphone 4S sim card stuck :( and more

Hey guys today I tried to take out my sim card for the first time... it was proving difficult using the tool also but after pushing it very hard it came out a bit and after pulling it with much for it came out about 2mm and would not go any further.... i used a pin to press the whole tray down but still did not work 😟 alot of damage has now been caused to the tray and will still not come out... anyone got any suggestions on what I should do ?? 😟
