How to unlock my external hard disk

Hi,

Yesterday I tried to open (as every day) my external hard disk and suddenly I see that's blocked. I tried to unlock it on the option tab and also by using disk utility but it doesn't work.

Here is an image of the hard disk icon on the desktop.
