There is supposed to be a button in Edit Settings, but it's not appearing for Rutgers.
Thank you for your inquiry. We looked up your institution and it appears you have two sites - one private and one public. The public site has not been utilized and it appears the private site it the one you would like to take public. We enabled migration for that site so that publicly accessible content can be transitioned to a new iTunes U Public Site Manager based site. You should now be able to login with your primary site administrator Apple ID account and see the option to transition. For more information, please review the following - http://deimos.apple.com/rsrc/doc/UsingiTunesUPublicSiteManager/CommonQuestions/c hapter_14_section_2.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/iTUPSM-CH5-SW2
Alternatively, is there any way to get to a human being at Apple? I'm about to declare iTunesU a loss. I've tried several support avenues and they all say there is no support for iTunes U.
Primary support for iTunes U is via iTunes U Support page <http://www.apple.com/support/itunes_u/> and iTunes U Support Community <https://discussions.apple.com/community/itunes_u/using_itunes_u>. We regularly monitor the support community, respond as needed and encourage your peers to chime in as well.

Dec 18, 2012 7:18 AM in response to Duncan Bernhardtby Charles Hedrick,I'm now coming back to this issue. We have users who would like us to move to a public site. When I login with my primary site administrator appleid, I still do not see any conversion option in Edit Site Settings in the private site. Is that where it is supposed to be?
