Replacing HDD

I want to change Macbook, running OSX Lion, HDD.

The thing is that I wish to migrate the entire hdd as it is now to the new one.

I was thinking about cloning since I have a usb device to plug the new drive before installing it, but I read that by doing that I'll loose the Lion Recovery partition...

Is there a way to do that trough Migration Assistant or Time-Machine without loosing anything?
