Q: How do you insert a page break in Numbers?

I'm considering switching from Excel to Numbers. I'm experimenting with some complex spreadsheets that I use, and Numbers '09 has removed my manual page breaks. How do you insert a page break in Numbers? Is it possible to do this in the 2011 version? I don't want to add mutliple new rows to accomplish it.

I did the blank row insert method; however, I'm still trying to figure out how to "delete" the borders. I've set up the borders so they aren't showing when looking at the spreadsheet, but when printed, a single line appears at the bottom of the page. I'll have to tinker with it a bit more, I guess. Your answer has been helpful. Thanks!

    Hi StratGirl,

I don't miss page breaks. Just let Numbers do the work for you.

This table has a Header Row and a Header Column.

For illustration only, I entered the formula =ROW() into Cell A2 and Filled Down.

Tick Repeat Table Headers to get this in Print Preview:

On the other hand, if you want to arrange objects (such as small tables, graphs, text boxes) within a page, have a look here:

    Regards,

    Ian.
