To risk repeating the first post my girlfriend has a new 4s she can make calls & use the inbuilt apps...but guess what we can't verify an apple id no matter what we try...it goes like this:
I created a new Apple ID.
System requests that I check mail to verify
I check mail
Click on link that takes me to verification page
I enter info
I get:
"This email address is already in use or you may already have an Apple ID associated with this email address. Please try again or sign in using your existing Apple ID."
If I try to manage apple ID it says I need to verify.
I click on send verification email.
I check mail
Click on link that takes me to verification page
I enter info
I get:
"This email address is already in use or you may already have an Apple ID associated with this email address. Please try again or sign in using your existing Apple ID."
...and again and again...
thanks for starting the thread Santiago
APPLE ...you could at least post on this thread to let us know you are dealing with this problem (I phoned your help lines twice today & they have no idea about this. Please get your act together ..I am visiting the store next so some of your staff will at least get to hear about it but I am loath to return our 2 iphone 4s.
