Do they monitor these forums to see what problems are occuring?! It's ridiculous that you can't set up an new Apple ID, how many people are new to iPhone, iTunes, iPad every day?! Lots I imagine.

I tried editing my ID, then it would ask me to change my password (again), and still I would encounter the same response. I had already created 2 accounts and been charged twice too for registering, but when I try to verify, same freaking message comes up.
I think it's somewhat useless to post complaints here. I've just been here a couple of minutes, seen this thread, and obviously, a lot of people were experiencing the same problem. But I have not seen a response from an Apple representative that would solve this dilemma. If there is anybody from this thread that had somehow figured out a way to solve this issue without waiting for Apple's response, please let us know. Hard to depend or wait for a response that you are not sure whether it's gonna come or not.

How come no one at aple tested such basic stuff!! The device as as good as unusable if i am unable to log in to the store. Not sure what i tried, but my credit card got charged with 1USD as well.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have access to the Apple Developer websites with my Apple ID and i can't still verify it through the normal way to access iTunes Store and so on.
