Nov 18, 2011 3:20 AM in response to Santiago Calderonby neeya,9 hours eh? This was supposed to be exciting birthday gift. Wasted 2 hours thinking I was the one not doing something right...instead Apple isn't getting it right.
Its my birthday Apple (I'll send you a passport copy if you want...if you need to verify...oh right...your having problems verifying today).
Can you at least acknowledge this post and post something like "we're sorry for the iconvenience and are looking into it. thank you for your patience".
The price for your products includes some amount of decent customer service. Please live up to it.
