Disable iphone software update

Hi Everyone

Does anyone know how to turn off the software update on the iphone 4, not within itunes, but the update that is in Settings > General > Software Update?

It seems that whenever you are on a wireless it wants to update (if there is an update available) but I like to choose how and when I do my updates, so if anyone knows please let me know it will be really helpful.
