Unstable finder in 10.7.2

Hi Folks,

I'm running the following config:

Lion Server 10.7.2 on an 2008-xserve (raid 5) (fresh installation via usb-stick)

and a direct attached xraid.

Software:

Parallels Server

Carbon Copy Cloner (System Image to xraid)

A few day's before, the finder hangs after copying files from the xraid to the xserve. I have tried to restart the finder,

but at all, I had to restart the server.

Now the finder hang's again after 5-10 minutes after a server reboot. I can open the finder-app, but I cannot see any content.

Every folder is empty. (Like the program-folder)

At all, I'm able to open applications from the terminal via "open ..." - but every program "attached to the finder" like disc utility hangs just after the start.

Any ideas?
