Please help! Voicework coming up in mono, also need to use .WAV files!!!

I'm using garageband to do voice work (as acidloops & cubase won't work on this brand new macbook pro I just got) and I am noticing when I edit the material I hear it in stereo in my headphones, when I post to the website the demo comes up in stereo, but if I listen to it in iTunes it comes up only in the left channel.

This is no good, because many times I need to send the files directly to the client and they need to be in stereo, in fact this particular client is requesting files to be in .WAV format & I don't think mac's support that format?

Why is it only coming up mono, in the left speaker on iTunes?

How can I get this file in .Wav, in stereo, on a mac?

Thank you Thank you in advance anyone that can help me out!!!!!

GarageBand (Mac) '11, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

I wonder if changing my harward interface (Yamaha Audiogram6) to mono instead of stereo would be right also?

you could probably then leave GB set to stereo since the itnerface wuld like send the (mono) signal to both channels
