Electric guitar getting signal, but no sound

Question - In Logic Pro 8 I am getting signal in my channel strips when I play, but no sound out of my speakers.

I will try to describe all my settings and what I have tried so far to make this a bit quicker. Let me also say I have had this setup working before, but it was about a year ago last time I used it.

*Heres my setup

Electric guitar > (Guitar chord) > Blackbox Reloaded audio interface (On Bypass)> (USB cable) > Imac > (Headphone Jack) > Logitech 6pc computer speakers

I read that Logic can't have 2 devices for input and output. (Blackbox = Input / Logitech Speakers = Output).

So I made an aggregate device to work with this - Blackbox to Built-In Output. (Built-In Output for logitech speakers)

In Logic

I create new audio track > click on Input Monitoring and Record Enable

Logics Preferences > Audio > Devices > Core Audio. I have the aggregate device [Blackbox - Built-In Output] for my device.

From this point I can see signal moving when I play, and when i record I get audio waves in the audio region, yet no sound.

Heres my Imac's Audio/Midi setup. under Audio Devices I have-

Default Input - BlackBox - Built-In Output ( the aggregate device I made)

Default Output - Built-In Output

System Output - Built-In Output

In my Imac's System Preferences > Sound

Input - Blackbox - Built-In Output

Output - Headphones, Built-In Output

If I plug headphones into the Blackbox I get sound from the guitar, but only with effects from the blackbox, none from logic.

Thats all I can think of right now to say. If anyone needs more info or see's something wrong with my setting please let me know, been wanting to record relaly bad latley. Thanks!
