How do I log out of aol email from iPad. Now that I have accessed my email from the device, i cant seem to log out. Tried turning off e-mail, but still has access when i go back. I want to share the device with family, but prefer to keep our email accounts private.

im not sure you can just "log out" i know that you can delete accounts thats all. although i could be wrong
The iPad is designed as a single user device, and the Mail app doesn't have a log out option - once the emails are downloaded to the iPad then they are accessible. If you want to use the Mail app (I don't know whether any of the third-party email apps offer what you want; or you could access your email via a browser), then there is this work-around for hiding/protecting email, but it's not ideal.
