Is anyone AppleTV continues to reset every 10 seconds, if so how can this be fixed?

My Apple TV continues to reset every 10 secconds - stating it is not connected to the network. I have excellent wireless internet connection in my home. Nothing else in the house is intermitten just the AppleTV. Can anyone tell if I can fix this challenge? This is my prefered way to watch TV. I rarely use my cable service.
