Apps not updating on iPhone 4S
I can't get my Apps to update on the iPhone 4S...
What do I need to do to get the updates done?
More info is needed. What are you doing now that doesn't work?

on my iPhone it is showing in the App Store that I have 9 updates to be done, I select Update All, as I did on my 3G and put in password. It begins to do update, but quits.
it still shows the updates are needed on my phone.
How do I get this resolved or clear the message at least.
Is the iTunes Store account set for your phone the same as the one used to purchase those apps? You can't "update" apps purchased under a different iTunes account.
To check your account setting:
Settings > Store > If the account ID is different - tap ID > Sign Out > Sign In with the ID used to purchase/download your apps.
Great! The Apple Store changed my Apple ID because it was one of the "original" without email attached to it.
So I can't update my Apps now.
Apple changed the acct to be my new account with all my information and purchases all showing.
Try entering the old, non-email address account in the Store settings as I described. This worked for my daughter.
