I'm running Win7 64x and I have the dev version (from the beta in the summer) of the icloud control panel installed on my computer (version 1.0.0.186 according to uninstall programs). Whenever I try to uninstall it, it spits out an error saying "iCloud control panel can't be uninstalled while signed into iCloud" Except.. I've already signed in/out several times, making sure it's not even running/signed in. I can't get anywhere with this.

You can use System Restore to revert back to the time prior to installing iCloud, any applications or drivers installed since then will also be removed.
That's not very helpful at all. Why would I want to restore basically my entire system just to uninstall iCloud? There's got to be a better way.
You do not understand how System Restore works, it undoes the changes since the restore point it does not restore "basically my entire system"
System Restore is fast and reliable, but you can choose to look for a better way. Let me know when you have found it.
