Issues - Possibly with the processor?

Symptoms:

Random lock up of application followed by Finder - fan goes nuts.

Quick Look Helper comes on and forces all processor tasks to focus on it - 100% power nonstop unless QuickLook Helper is aborted.

Spotlight will freeze the Finder at times during searches

iMovie locks up during rendering (iMovie 09 not iMovie HD)

When uploading a movie to YouTube, no matter what browser it is, when the Movies folder is selected, the browser locks up, and in some instances the Finder as well - this has happened in Firefox and Safari. Note that the Movies Folder is accessible any other time - except when uploading to YouTube through the browser.

Flash Player will suck up most of the processor's power after a short time.

Note that magnifier is running at all times.

While these aren't daily occurrences, they are more frequent.
