Mac Mini G4 - pros, cons?

I'm considering getting a G4 Mac Mini 1.42 ghz. Currently have a 933 mhz Quicksilver. Any owners of a G4 mini have any opinions? Do you like yours? I'm concerned about the 1 gig RAM limit. Has this caused you problems? Also heard the harddrive can be flaky. True?

Well, I assume there is a need for you to use legacy hardware? Actually the that Mac Mini with the right upgrades performed fairly well. Max the memory and replace the HD with a 7200 RPM model.
