HP Device Monitor problem

HP Device Monitor is eating up my computer. How do I disable or eliminate it from my MacMini?

You can always uninstall it which is what I'd recommend. Boot it then in the HP Device Monitor window click the Gear and upside down triangle and choose HP AIO Software. Then restart the computer in Safe Mode to clear some caches.

Thank you for your help. As a first step, I tried just "quitting" the HP Activity Monitor in my Mac Activity Monitor and the HP Activity Monitor no longer eats up memory. I realize it is a just a temporary superficial fix, and that your fix is more permanent. But it is working for the past few days. Thanks again.
