Photo book order keeps getting cancelled

Hi,


I´ve ordered two batches (á 25 books) from Aperture. The first batch has already arrived, but with the second batch I keep this e-mail one week after having placed the order:

Can anyone help with solving this... ? I´m running OS X Lion and have ran Software Update.

I have this same problem. After submitting 4 books, waiting 2 days while my order is being prepared for shipment (according to the website order status), I keep getting an email regarding misaligned text. I followed the instructions, double and triple checked and have submitted a total of 4 orders...all canceled. What would be so hard about telling me the specifics of what's wrong. My book looks perfect on the computer.
