I'm not sure I understand what you mean but you're going to need your Sold To number as well as required certification and access privileges. Contact your Apple Representative for further advice.


If you already have these and you're allowed to log into GSX you'll see it as a link at the top of the page. GSX has moved from it's previous url to gsx2.apple.com. Perhaps you're not aware of this?

40 units is not a lot.


Even if you could download and install it (requires OS X Server) AST is not going to help you. It can't repair anything and in all the time I've been using it, it has not diagnosed a fault yet apart from obvious battery problems that have already been confirmed by ASP and BDT anyway.


Standard trouble-shooting methods should suffice for pretty much most problems.


With respect it's naive to say you've been cheated if you can't meet Apple's requirements.
