I've created and had Apple print cards and calendars before, and been happy with the quality every time.  The latest set of Christmas cards I made for a client came out really bad.  The support site says "we're here and happy to help" but there is no link, just a bunch of yatadah about how Apple is not responsible for poor image quality, etc.  I know that.  But Apple is responsible if they don't trim the cards well so they're off kilter -- anyone know how I can send these back?  By the time I get more -- it won't matter as they're time specific -- I just want a refund -- they were not cheap and now I have to buy the client another present.


Any thoughts?
