Bootcamp Windows 8 Drivers

As the title says I bootcamp with Windows 8 and my sound doesn't work. I tried to look for hidden sound systems which I think fixed the problem with Windows Vista bootcamp.

Will Windows 7 drivers work? I did use some Windows 7 downloads on this bootcamp and it worked. Any ideas?
