waypoint routing app for iphone

Hi everybody!

i'm trying to find an app for my iphone, here is my situation, i have a snow removing route where i get alot of new customers every year and i would like to find an app out there that i can use to record waypoints that i can enter manually all i want to do is drive to the location where my customer is and drop a pin then when i,m done i go home and connect to my pc and link all my waypoints that i have created and view it as a route on google maps, is there something out there that can do that?
